With one out in the inning, Tulsa hit back-to-back singles, followed by back-to-back doubles to get three runs on the board, going up 3-2 over the Travelers.Arkansas scored four more off of pitcher J.D. Martin before getting another two runs in the ninth for good measure. This would be enough to give them the edge over the Drillers.This is the the Double-A affiliate’s third loss in a row. They look to find their first victory on Sunday.Single-A: Rancho Cucamonga QuakesThe Quakes improve to 2-1 on the season after defeating the Stockton Ports on Saturday, 4-3.Connor Wong and Marcus Chiu each smacked home runs late in the game to add to the lead. The Quakes would need both of these runs because the Ports scored a run in the ninth to finish just one run shy of staying alive. Rancho Cucamonga scored four runs off of five hits and three walks. They were 2-for-5 with runners in scoring position, leaving four runners on base.
