First they signed top pick Clelin Ferrell, then lock in second round pick Trayvon Mullen to his 4-year rookie deal.Mullen was the Raiders pick at 40 overall in April’s draft. He and Ferrell starred for the Clemson National Championship team. Mullen was a lock down cornerback starting 26 games over three seasons for the Tigers, with a career four interceptions and 12 passes defended. The 6-1, 195-pound cornerback was named second-team All-American by ACFA and second-team All-ACC in 2018 while earning All-ACC Honorable Mention in 2017. He his best on the big stage, pulling in his only interception of last season along with a sack and forced fumble vs Alabama in the National Championship game, winning Defensive MVP.All of the Raiders day three picks were signed ahead of rookie minicamp.
